State-of-the-art Production Facilities

Innovative employs state-of-the-art technology to process value-added raw and cooked marine products. The company has set up 3 modern factories in the major raw material centres of India:

		Bombay, West Coast
		Cochin, South
		Pamarru, East Coast - the epicentre of shrimp aquaculture development

Each factory has separate processing lines and facilities for:

		Traditional Block-freezing
		Fish products
		Cooked IQF products
		Speciality products

Also each factory has captive facilities for peeling and pre-processing of shrimp, fish-handling and filleting. Fully automated water-treatment plants for supply of bacteria-free water have been provided in each factory. Chilled-water facility for processing is available in each of the three factories.

The Company exports Shrimp, Squid, Cuttlefish, Crab, Pomfret and other fish. It also exports value-added products like 'Sushi' shrimps. Innovative is currently the only Indian company to process Sushi shrimp for the Japanese market.
